The entrance is the single arched door in the brick, with a brass plate beside it and no canopy. The conservation office ruled out a sign across the façade and we did not argue.

What to expect in a fifteenth-century building.

  • The front door has one 60 mm stone threshold and no step beyond it. A portable ramp is kept behind the desk.
  • The lift serves the ground floor to the fifth and the second-floor gaming room. The car is 90 cm wide.
  • Two rooms on the third floor have level-access showers and grab rails. Ask for them by name when you write.
  • The attic rooms and the cellar are reached by stairs only, and that cannot be changed.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere in the building, including the restaurant and the second floor.
  • Spichlerz Table has a hearing loop at the host stand and a large-print menu.
